Shipping
Products purchased from our store are delivered through Sedex and PAC services of the Brazilian Post Office, throughout the national territory in areas served by these services. All deliveries have a tracking number with which you can track your delivery. Shipping is done within two to three business days after payment confirmation, but we always do our best to ship within 24 business hours! Please pay attention to the delivery times for pre-order, made-to-order, and ready-to-ship items, which have special delivery times.
Delivery Times
Our deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm, and the delivery time starts from the payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary from 1 to 5 business days for deliveries using Sedex and from 5 to 15 business days for deliveries by PAC, depending on the region where you live. Please ensure you fill in the delivery address correctly and remember to always have someone at the delivery location to receive the order. The inability to deliver due to any of these reasons will result in a new shipping charge. Products may have variations in delivery times depending on the delivery region, volume, and weight of the merchandise. All delivery times are counted from the approval of your payment, which may take from 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days, depending on the payment method chosen by the customer. The rules applicable to delivery attempts, compensation for delayed merchandise, among others, are those stipulated by the Post Office or the contracted carriers, according to the customer's choice.
Note: Floods, fires, natural phenomena, or strikes by the Post Office are examples of factors beyond the control of Mini-mi Toys. Therefore, our store is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products in such cases. We prioritize the use of recyclable and reusable materials in our packaging. Products are carefully packaged according to their fragility, aiming for maximum protection and integrity.
